Hello,
I am trying sending messages. My goal is that a smsreaches the destination as fas as possible. I am sending sms from one EU country to another. According to my tests it takes some 10 seconds from the moment outgoing sms is stored in the outgoing folder until it is received.
Is it standard time? Connected with mobile telephony? Or can I speed things up by any smstools settings?
Can regular_run help?

Hello,
After several years of working recently I receive numerous entries of the same sms in the incoming spool folder. Up to 4 entries can appear, sometimes within 40 minutes' interval.
Could somebody guide me how to tackle this problem?
