I am running smstools3 on Ubuntu 10.04LTS with this exact same modem from Dealextreme. Thanks! Trica79
Trica79: Ubuntu 10.04LTS: latest: Huawei E220: Interface: USB When sending an SMS from my Nokia E71 phone, I have not issues at all, in fact I can send the @ character to the system and the Smstools identify it. (the message is coded as UTF-8) However, when using an iPhone to send an SMS to the system, Smstools "cuts" the message when it "reads" the @character (the message is then coded as ISO). How can I configure the server as to get the @ character, just as a charecter, instead of as the end of the message? Thanks, Juan
