Name and model of a modem / phone: Safaricon Huawei E173
Interface: serial
I have compiled the smstools3 using cygwin. However, I read that I need to install OSSP mm Shared Memory Library. How do I install this library? Also when I run smsd -s, I get the error message Status monitor is not included in this compilation. My modem show that its connected to port 27, from the device manager. Is this COM27 the value I am supposed to put in the smsd.conf?
Your advice greatly appreciated in advance.
