I would like to receive SMS from customer to our call center number (landline).
This SMS we want to store in a database.
So using your software is it possible to store the SMS information in our database?
Kindly clarify your software will suit for us or not?
Moreover, can we use a linksys or a netgear modem?
If Windows OS is used once we finished installing , how to proceed. Please explain.
