Hello all!
smsd get any incoming messages without any problem, but can't send sms with +CMS: ERROR 515.

In documentation on GSM gateway error description is "PS busy". What it's mean?
I tried three sims from different providers, and always got this error. This sims in phones work with any troubles and send sms.

In many cases CMS 515 means what was explained, device is busy, but in some cases it means "invalid character in string".

Was there a PDU sent right before this error message? You may show the log little bit more.

You have disabled cs_convert. This means that you have to write messages using GSM alphabet, or Unicode if sending with Russian language. Using GSM alphabet is not very general, probably you could enable cs_convert and try to send very simple "This is a test." message first.

Ok, a bit more log

The PDU text is simple "test". No cyrillic or another non ascii symbols.
i set cs_convert to "no" or set to "yes", no differences. Always error.

The PDU is ok.

You have set SMSC to МТС-Великий Новгород, are you sure that this is correct setting and this SMSC can be used?

Probably you could try without setting smsc to see if anything changes.

When SIM's were used in the phone, was there any smsc set?

SMSC is not correct. I carefully checked the other sim card with right smsc, and all ok.
Thanks for answers:)
