Can not recive sms - Debian 7 /XS Stick 14

Version of smsd: Version 3.1.14
Smsd installed from: package repository
Name and model of a modem / phone: UMTS-USB-Stick XS Stick W14
Interface: USB

Hello @all,

I have a problem reciving sms by using smstools.
There is no error sending sms - this part works perfect.

Here is the conf-file:

outgoing = /var/spool/sms/outgoing
checked = /var/spool/sms/checked
incoming = /var/spool/sms/incoming
logfile = /var/log/smstools/smsd.log
infofile = /var/run/smstools/smsd.working
