I need a help to sms a file content from /home/tem/123.txt to number of sms users.

1. you can change (add if needed) outgoing = /home/tem to your /etc/smsd.conf file if you want to change the Outgoing Queue folder.
2. you need one file for each sms. I'm not aware of sending same message to multiple recipients.
