i have a basic configuration:

Probably it's a smart phone which does not show incoming messages thru the AT command interface.
Check the log: there is a command AT+CPMS? sent to the device. If the answer is like +CPMS: ,,,,,,,, (many dots without values between them), your phone is "too" smart and can be used for sending only.
If the answer is something else, show a piece of the log here, use Private tags to protect the data if necessary.

the problem was that the sms stored in the memory of phone, not in the simcard.
i move the sms from the memory to simcard and smstools3 read the message.
now my problem is decode the message ajajaja.
