[solved] put_command expected with Cinterion TC35i

Operating system name and version: Suse Linux Enterprise Server 10 SP2
Version of smsd: v3.1.6
Smsd installed from: sources
Name and model of a modem / phone: Cinterion Siemens TC35i
Interface: serial

Hi@all,
when i start the sms3 service i receive following error:


my Config-File is:


The LED of the Moden is blinking like it is connected. But the Modem doesn't answer. I also tried the other init-command (from the TC35) but it doesn't help.

A port /dev/ttyS0 exists as it can be opened. Probably you are using three-pin cable and handshaking should be disabled. In the modem section, try rtscts = no setting. If this is the case, you may need lower value for baudrate, like 19200.

If this did not help, check the cable. Perhaps it's using wrong connector, or probably the cable is broken or bad.

Usually LED of the modem is blinking when device has GSM connection and the SIM card is installed properly.

the changes doesn't fix the Problem.

I think i have to look for another Cable.
