Operating system name and version: WinXP SP2 Version of smsd: 3.1.7 beta Smsd installed from: sources Name and model of a modem / phone: SE M600i Interface: USB I was read this: However, with SMSTools 3 you do not have to care about concatenation (multipart messages) while using settings autosplit = 3 for outgoing messages and internal_combine = yes for incoming messages. These are default values. And my conf still default. this is my incoming file when receive long message: is there clue..? thanks

That file is the concatenation storage, named GSM1-concatenated. This file will store message parts until all parts of a message are received. In your case, there is similarly written message received from two numbers, and from two service centers (probably from two different operators). However, there is no second part for messages. As there is a concatenation information correctly presented in both messages, it may be possible that you have received second part for both messages while I'm writing this answer...
Complete messages in the incoming directory are named like GSM1 dot random.
By default the concatenation storage is in the incoming directory. To avoid confusion, you could add a global setting saved = /var/spool/sms/saved and create this directory. After restarting smsd, concatenation storage of all modems are placed into that directory.
If you still do not have second parts received, you could check if you can send multipart message correctly from your server to your handset. Just create a message with more than 160 characters and check if it's received and shown correctly.

Yes that truth, the next/2nd part of msg never come. i don't know why sms3 can't..??? but when i use FMA (floats mobile agent) there is no prolem and can receive correctly.
And I was try to send a long message from server to handset, there is no problem. Handset can receive correctly, full msg in handset with long sms support, and 2 part msg in handset with short sms support.

Perhaps SE M600i works like SIMCOM SIM600 does. When deleting the first part of multipart message, the device deletes all remaining parts.
Use the modem setting check_memory_method = 5 and try once again. if you still do not receive a complete message, show the piece of a log here.

Probably your modem goes messed up because the message was tried to send using a national number format when international format should be used. Reset the modem and try again with 628xxx instead of 08xxx. It's also possible to define type of address (see To_TOA in fileformat), but right now it's easier to use international format.
