[answered] NO CARRIER HANDLING PROBLEM

hello
I have to say thank you for this great job.
I installed sms server tools smstools3-3.1.6 and it work fine .
I use it for alarm handler by its voice call for sending missed calls for cost consumption but some times it show me NO CARRIER how can I handle it or how can I config it for example the sms server tries for n times if it receives no carrier or busy or ....
this is my log of of what I explained :

There is no built-in option for retrying.

After a voice call has ended, you could check from the sent message file what was the result. In this case it should be Result: NO CARRIER, and you can move the file back to the outgoing directory.
