I can't find the reason why Version 3.1.5 of SMS Server Tools 3 doesn't work with my "Siemens S35" mobile phone.

Version 3.1.3 works fine...

The mobile phone doesn't reply to the requests from the Computer:

Is there no solution for this problem???

Have you changed read_timeout value in smsd.conf?

Modem handling is not changed between those versions, unless read_timeout value 0 or -1 is used. I also checked again 3.1.5 on Cygwin and it worked normally.

Can you communicate with a modem using some terminal program?

This is my smsd.conf:

Any available, I do not have recommendations.

But first try adding baudrate = 19200 to the modem section of smsd.conf. I thinks this will help.
