Hi,

i'm trying to use portuguese shift table and my UDH-DATA on outgoing sms file is like this: 03 24 01 03

03 length of udh
24 single shift table
01 Information element data length
03 language of shift table

however, i can't get the message like i want to. Am I doing someting, wrong?
