[solved] Eventhandler doesn't execute

I am using Debian. I have installed smstools.
My config:

Why mysmsd1 isn't execute ?
I was trying sendsms number text and creating a file in outgoing.
smstools is running as root and file priviliges are 777

Check the root directory. Probably your file is there.
