Hello. I've got some problems w/smstools. When I try to send a message it goes to /var/spool/sms/failed with an error "Fail_reason: no text" or "Fail_reason: no text or data" in a body.
I also use uscautoconvert.
Can u help me???

As far i've searched and learn with this type of ZTE MODEM, have you changed your modem already?

Have you disabled cd-rom and sd card storage?

And what does your log says? try so te log to 7 an put here some of the log error.

I've already turn my modem intmo only modem mode. Tha reason was that i have to add one more empty line after the receiver's number.
