Hello, I am having a problem of the modem saying: registration is denied.

SMSD version. 3.1.14
Modem: ZTE modem

[GSM1]
device = /dev/ttyUSB3
memory_start = 0
send_delay = 0
voicecall_hangup_ath = yes
hangup_incoming_call = yes
voicecall_ignore_modem_response = yes
regular_run_interval = 300
regular_run_cmd = AT+CSQ
regular_run_logfile = /var/log/smsd_run.log
regular_run_loglevel = 7
incoming = yes
queues = GSM0,ALL
baudrate = 115200
rtscts = yes
cs_convert = yes
decode_unicode_text = yes
internal_combine = yes
eventhandler = /etc/sms/scripts/eventhandler
communication_delay = 10
signal_quality_ber_ignore = yes
#init = ATE0
check_network = no

It was working for a long time and just last week, I am receiving that error reason I cannot receive and send messages.

I have tried check_network = no, and i am not receiving the error of modem in the logs anymore.
But when trying to send message I am getting the error below, and also I cannot receive messages too.

(Fyi... I replaced the mobile number to #####)
I will really appreciate your help!

It sounds like something is broken or the SIM is expired. You could test your SIM using an ordinary phone device. If the SIM works properly and is not expired, try to use another modem.

Thank you Keke for the quick response. I will try replacing the modem because I have already tested the sim card on the phone it is working perfectly; it must be the modem. :)
