Configuration Problem- Not able to send SMS

Operating system name and version: CentOS release 6.9
Version of smsd: Version 3.1.15
Smsd installed from: sources (http://smstools3.kekekasvi.com/index.php?p=packages)
Name and model of a modem / phone: VISIONTEK 81GC
Interface: serial

I have connected Visiontek 81GC device and configured smstools3-3.1.15.

After configuration, Ran this command:
# sendsms +919530187457 "HI"
--
Text: HI
To: +919530187457

But I am not receiving message.
Below is the smsd.conf file:

# cat /etc/smsd.conf
devices = GSM1
logfile = /var/log/smsd.log
loglevel = 7
[GSM1]
device = /dev/ttyS1
incoming = yes
outgoing = yes
memory_start = 0
baudrate = 9600
report = yes
rtscts = yes
read_timeout = 60
init = AT+CMEE=1
init2 = AT+CPMS="SM"
signal_quality_ber_ignore = yes

I think that you should check which RS-232 port you are using. The first physical port is /dev/ttyS0 and /dev/ttyS1 is the second port.

When a modem is connected to the wrong physical RS-232 port, selected port works like your log shows. If you are sure that the port is correct, please check the cable.
