To send SMS to another country I use 011535XXXYYYY but it doesnt work but it appears in log how it was sent but never arrive but when I sent the SMS using the cellular it works fine so the problem is not the network

With a number starting with zero you need to use a header To_TOA: National (or To_TOA: Unknown if National does not work) in the message file. By default numbers are handled as international numbers, but a number starting with zero is not that type of number.

Sending should also work if you just use the international format starting with a country code.
