modem usb gl6110, does not send SMS

Interface: USB

Hello,
modem usb gl6110, now want to set up transmission via SMS - smstools,
system ubuntu 14.04 lts 64bit
Version of smsd 3.1.15
Modem does not send SMS ,
write an error
