Hi:
I just installed SMSTools running with PlaySMS1.4. The installation seems to be okay except for forced termination of smsd every time the application starts (see log below). I even added 'sudo chmod -R 755 /var/spool/sms' to /etc/rc.local to force the appropriate permission for that directory but the application shuts down due to the file permission problems. I have reproduced this error several times with manual start/restart of smsd. It seems like there is a fix for this problem given the extensive use of SMSTools. Can anyone assist? The log is shown below. Thanks.
