Hi,
I have a Huawei USB Stick. My stick create e ttyUSB Port:

[ 5.461713] usb 1-4: GSM modem (1-port) converter now attached to ttyUSB1 [ 5.461775] usb 1-4: GSM modem (1-port) converter now attached to ttyUSB2 [ 5.461832] usb 1-4: GSM modem (1-port) converter now attached to ttyUSB3

This port change at every reboot, and only the 1st one working with SMS3. Do you have any suggestion on how automate a reboot in order to get SMS3 to working with the right port?

You could use udev to keep the ports same.

I just tried this but do not work form me. I don't why, but each reboot change one of 3 device assigned to Symlink.
I solved with this suggestion from RpI forum, using /dev/serial/by-id/
