ttyUSB Port and USB Stick

Operating system name and version: Debian 7.7
Version of smsd: 3.1.15
Smsd installed from: sources
Name and model of a modem / phone: Huawei USB Stick
Interface: USB

Hi,
I have a Huawei USB Stick. My stick create e ttyUSB Port:



This port change at every reboot, and only the 1st one working with SMS3. Do you have any suggestion on how automate a reboot in order to get SMS3 to working with the right port?

You could use udev to keep the ports same.

Hi keke,
I just tried this but do not work form me. I don't why, but each reboot change one of 3 device assigned to Symlink.
I solved with this suggestion from RpI forum, using /dev/serial/by-id/
