I need to dial *113# to check the remaining value of my sim card. How do i do that in sms server tools 3? I tried to use the voicecall = yes parameter, but it has an extra '+' sign in front of the *113#, resulting in BUSY status when i dial. How do i remove the '+' sign in the ATD command?

Use To_TOA: national header. But instead of a voicecall, usually saldo is checked using USSD message. Please view those two topics: [answered] how to send *#60# command? and [solved] Don't get the get saldo. If you do not get it working, show the setup and piece of a log file with loglevel = 7.
