What is "AT S7=45 S0=0 L1 V1 X4 &c1 E1 Q0" ? Look like some default minicom init string. Try to change it to ^MATZ^M if You don't know what this init string does.

Next, there is no input/output about entering the PIN code. Try to enter AT+CPIN? in minicom.

Hello

thank you for the answer. It was enough just to set /// pkill minicom /// $ export MINICOM = "-m-c on" ///... everything was ok. Now I more interested in modem from vodafone k3770 how to run it through minicom minicom agrees ... that is blocked and if it gets going and writes error minicom on the very first line.
