I use a G400P card (4 GSM modems on a PCI card) from OPENVOX.
it looks like this:
opvxg4xx module in kernel, the "g4term" and a socat to provide a bunch of /dev/vmodemX devices.

but i've stuck somehow: there is no incoimng sms:
